To accommodate your needs, Forward Living Therapy offers both in-person counselling sessions at our Auckland location and convenient audio/video sessions. All standard sessions are 60 minutes long, designed to provide ample time for meaningful discussion and support. Should you require alternative arrangements, please discuss this with us prior to your booking. We focus on providing coping tools, recognising trauma, and setting achievable goals for your personal needs.
